CRANGAN BAY | Lake Macquarie Carols Sunday 10th Dec from 5pm

Lake Macquarie City Council is proud to present a spectacular evening of entertainment at the Lake Mac Carols event at Speers Point Park. 

The event will feature kids activities along with food trucks, family friendly entertainment and a jam-packed main stage program including a special visit from Santa!

What's in store: 

Family friendly fun! 

Visit the Domaine Homes Kids Corner for a range of fun activities for the whole family. See the Domaine Homes staff and visit their red van to try the ‘Price Your Home Tool’ which makes building your home a faster, smarter and even easier process than ever before.  Get your face painted, your hair braided, and visit the Christmas cut-outs signs stall. Get creative with the free kids Christmas themed art & craft activities.  

Visit the Cameron Park Rural Fire Service to buy a battery-operated candle, climb on a fire truck and learn about fire safety.  

Visit one of the Visit Lake Mac visitor information kiosks to chat to the staff about what to see and do in Lake Mac and see the range of guides available.  

Hungry? Visit one of the many food stalls offering a range of savoury and sweet food options as well as hot and cold beverages.

Christmas Entertainment

Gavin Morris and Natasha Beyersdorf from NBN News will MC the event.

From 5pm   Say hello to and have your photo taken with Holly and Jingles the Christmas elves that will be roaming around the event.
 5:30pm  The Little Scallywagz will be on stage at 5:30pm performing their Rock’n Elfy Christmas Show which features two of Santa’s larger than life elves and their friends Puddles the Christmas Penguin and Snow the Christmas Polar Bear as they perform all the kids favourite Christmas carols.
From 6pm  DreamTime Dance Company will perform and deliver the Acknowledgement to Country before Carols begin.

Miss Kim and Big Dog from NBN will make a surprise appearance before 7pm! 

Enjoy a mix of traditional and modern carols performed by local band The Vanguard Players with a selection of local feature singers including Chloe Gill, Marissa Saroca, Mark Wells, CrocQ and Kylie Jane.

The Newcastle Multicultural SDA Choir and dancers from The Australian Dance and Talent Centre will also feature during the program.

 7pm

Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves will make a special appearance at about 7pm.
