Scape Properties is a privately owned development company located on the Central Coast NSW. The company’s vision is to create developments with a focus on green and environmentally centered communities.

Currently, Scape Properties is developing a 623-lot master planned estate at Crangan Bay, Central Coast.

The development is ideally surrounded by National Parks and enjoying nearly 1 km of lakefront reserve on Lake Macquarie making it one of the most appealing land release estates the Central Coast currently has to offer.

Scape Properties has always recognised the importance of urban green spaces within the built environment. We feel as though we have committed to this through all our previous construction projects and moving forward creating these beautiful green spaces within our developments.

Scape Properties is continually looking for new opportunities and willing to expand its projects to create a variety of both residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Scape Properties was established as the development arm of Scape Constructions by Director Andrew Smith.

Scape Constructions is an award-winning civil landscape company that has been creating large urban green spaces for local councils all across NSW for the past 25 years.

The company has largely been involved in local government infrastructure, sporting, and community projects. Projects have ranged from the award-winning Stormwater Harvesting project in Terrigal, seawalls along local beaches and waterways, large urban renewal playgrounds and sporting venues.

Scape Constructions award-winning projects include:

  • The Peninsula Recreation Precinct, Umina NSW
  • Terrigal CBD & Hylton Moore Stormwater Harvesting Scheme, Central Coast NSW
  • Ettalong Foreshore Redevelopment, Ettalong NSW
  • Highbrook Park Playground, Muswellbrook
  • Forresters Beach Retirement Village Development, Central Coast NSW

In February 2022, Andrew decided to close the construction arm of the business to primarily focus on his dream of pursuing current and future development sites.
