CRANGAN BAY | Stage 2 Open Day Saturday 4th March
Early March 2023 saw Crangan Bay host its first buyer open day at our lakeside estate in preparation for the imminent registration of our stage 2 release.
This buyer open day was a lovely day for our buyers to walk across their almost finished lots, meet with our display's builders, and mingle with their neighbors celebrating the local community with the backdrop of Crangan Bay and surrounding bushland.
Our stage 2 buyers participated in on our TAG&WIN photo competition on the day, and we were overwhelmed by the efforts everyone went to. It was so lovely seeing the number of young families walking through stage 2 with some of the little ones practicing their gymnastic skills on the freshly dressed lots.
Special thanks to the Crangan Bay Display builders Hunter Homes, Masterton Homes, GJ Gardner and Tullipan Homes for providing our buyers with treats and refreshments, to our Scape Properties team for their efforts on the BBQ for the day, and those who were able to come along to make the open day special!
