Current Update: November 2024 - UPDATED REGISTRATION ETA BY END NOVEMBER 2024 (Subject to council approval)
Civil construction is now complete for our Stage 3 Land release. Central Coast Council have commenced their inspections throughout this stage and our civil team are working with them to ensure registration is reached in a timely manner.

Previous Update: September 2024
Welcome to Spring. With the warmer weather now set in, our stage 3 civil works are now progressing into our final stages. After recent delays, the forecast looks now on track with 80% of lots now leveled with top soil and 20% have received their final layer of hydro-mulch in preparation for registration. The foot paths are now complete through stage 3, with asphalting of roads to commence over the coming weeks.
Unfortunately, due to rain days in June/July, our ETA for registration has now been updated to mid November this year with civil works expected to be complete at the beginning of October. We will provide a further update towards the end of this month to give all buyers notice as to when their builders can obtain access for soil testing and for bank valuations. Please note we are not able to provide access for site surveys prior to Settlement.
A reminder to all stage 3 Buyers, we will be holding our Stage 3 Open Day on Saturday 19th October 10am - 2pm. This will be your first opportunity to walk across your lot! We will have a sausage sizzle, gelato, and fun activities for the kids. We look forward to see you all there!
Previous Update: May 2024
Our stage 3 civil construction has continued to progress since our last update in January this year. All underground services are now majority complete including sewer, water, electrical and NBN. The release is starting to draw closer to finish with light posts now stood throughout this stage, as well as footpaths having commenced. All kerb is now complete, and we expect asphalting to commence over the coming months.
Unfortunately due to current weather conditions over the past month, our civil contractors have experienced some delay to their civil construction timeline which has now pushed out our expected civil completion to end of July. This in turn will add delay to our ETA for registration which is now expected in September this year. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide ongoing updates as we draw closer.
We are excited to let our stage 3 buyers know that we are preparing for a Stage 3 Open day on Saturday 31st August 2024 which will be the first opportunity for our buyers to walk across your lots! Previous Update: January 2024
Our civil contractors at Robson civil are continuing to hit milestones in our stage 3 construction to start this new year. Since our last update in December, the storm water is now complete and all other services including sewer and water are progressing nicely. This week we have started to see kerb installed, as well the beginning of our retaining walls where applicable.
Registration timeframes again remain on track expected for August/September 2024, with no changes here. As discussed with our current and prospective stage 3 buyers, we expect our civil construction completion in July this year, however there is then time taken for registration documents to be received through governing bodies including Central Coast Council and Land Registry's Office.
