Stage 1 was completed, and land registered in June 2022. For all stage 1 buyers, a reminder that prior to being able to submit plans to council or to your certifier for review, please ensure that you have firstly submitted your plans to our Crangan Bay design team to be assessed by our architect. A reminder that the stage 1 landscaping Incentive is due to complete on 1st September 2023. For any enquiries please also email to [email protected]. Any buyers who fail to finish their landscaping and notify the Crangan Bay team via email prior to this date will void their incentive and there will be no further extensions past this date.
